WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT?

Regular check-in is at 14:00 and check out is at 12:00.
There is an additional charge based on availability (RM10 an hour).
Please inform us if you would like to change your check-in or check-out time.

IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED?

Sorry, we do not provide breakfast, there are many coffee shops nearby.

CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE AT THE FRONT DESK?

If you find yourself some free time before your flight with heavy luggage, you can store your luggage with us for free of charge.

IS THERE FREE WI-FI?

We provide free WI-FI access in the hotel.
WI-FI password can be found on your room card.

DO YOU OFFER IRONING SUPPLIES?

You can request iron and ironing boards from our receiptionist.

IS DAILY HOUSEKEEPING INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RATE?

Daily housekeeping is included in the room rate.
If you would like to clean your room, please leave the housekeeping tag on your door or inform our receptionist.
Your room will be cleaned daily before 4pm.

WHAT TOILET DO YOU OFFER IN THE ROOM?

Our hotel is eco-friendly and so we only provide certain complementary for our customer.
If tooth brush or iron is needed, please request from our receptionist.

WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?

Street parking is free and available in front of the hotel.

WHAT IS HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY?

You must cancel at least 3 day prior to arrival to avoid incurring the cost of one night's room.

WHAT IS THE HOTEL’S SMOKING POLICY?

We have a no-smoking policy in all our hotel rooms and premises.
The smoke alarm will be activated if you do so, a cleaning fee of RM1000 will be imposed.
If you would like to smoke, you may only do so at the outdoor bench area.

HOW DO I GET AROUND MALACCA?

The time taken from our hotel to jonker street is around 15min.
Taxis are also plentiful and we can help to hail one for you.
